Picture im flash mx

Hallo there

I've gat a little problem and I hope that you can help me.
I want to import some picture's in to my flash movie, but when I export my movie and look at it all the picture's are looking BAD.
I've tryed to import in Jpeg and gif, but I dont seem to get it right.
Is there a speciel way to do this ???

If you import a picture in Flash, Flash tried to compress it.
If you export the fla, Flash asked you, what quality the jpg shoud have.

I know that, and I've have set the comp. in my flash mx to 100 so it should bee the best, but still the picture is not very good ??
Is there another way to save my picture's ? i'm using photoshop !!
