Spry Menü bar falsch dargestellt im IE

Hallo zusammen,

vor kurzem habe ich meine Website fertiggestellt und musste festtellen, dass das Spry Menü, (mit Dreamweaver CS4 erstellt) im IE falsch dargestellt wird.

Zuerst frägt IE ob ich Active X steuerelement überhaupt zulassen will damit das dropdown menü funktioniert. Lasse ich diese zu, wird das gesamte Menü weiß angezeigt, und nur wenn man mit dem Mauszeiger darüber fährt wird der Button sichtbar.
Desweiteren wird das Submenu nicht vertical sondern horizontal dargestellt.

Im Firefox sieht alles super aus, jedoch nicht so im IE. Speziell zu diesem Problem habe ich bisher noch keine Lösung durchs googln finden können.

Kann mir jemand von euch weiterhelfen?

Hallo Hilltono,

zum Spry kann ich nichts sagen. Wahrscheinlich ist es für viele ein Grund den Dreamweaver überhaupt einzusetzen. Man hat alles schön out-of-the-box.
Aber nur für die Navi ein JavaScript einzubinden, ist schon lange out.

Ich würde dir empfehlen die Navi über CSS zu realisieren.

Zuerst frägt IE ob ich Active X steuerelement überhaupt zulassen will damit das dropdown menü funktioniert.

Du musst die Dateien auf einen Webserver hochladen. Dann kommt auch beim IE nicht mehr die Sicherheitswarnung.

Im Firefox sieht alles super aus, jedoch nicht so im IE.

Im IE8 sieht es genauso wie im FF aus. Du sprichst vom IE6 und/oder IE7 ??
