Mal überlegen, kleine Rechneaufgabe:
Mein alter 30 Kilo Klotz von Verstärker hat eine Ausgangsleistung von 2 x 150 Watt Sinus an 8 Ohm, wieviel das wohl in RMS ist? Ungefähr der Gleiche glaube ich, das Verfahren gabs vor 18 Jahren noch nicht.
Ergibt dann für PMPO:
300 x 50 = 15.000 Watt oder 15 KW

Auf deutsch: die PMPO-Leistung ist die gemessene Leistung multipliziert mir einer Zahl zwischen 20 und 50, die man sich selbst aussuchen kann. Das hat der Verfasser zwar nicht ganz ernst gemeint, aber in der Praxis wird es so gehandhabt.
